Natural Landscapes
This is an original oil painting of a fisherman I saw in the Algarve Region of Portugal. He had docked his boat after a long day at sea. I was attracted to the abstract shapes of light in the colorful reflections in the water. The pink and yellow light reflecting off his boat created little puzzle pieces of shapes in the water. I handled the paint in a loose Impressionistic style.
