This is a painting of a quiet, sunny interior space. It is my response to my need for a peaceful room where I can relax. It is an oil painting on panel. The underpainting of burnt sienna enabled me to develop a warm palette of buttery light. The cool light in the windows establishes a shift in temperature and tone.
